Sam truly hates haircuts. For several candycanes, I was able to trim his head instead of shaving it. I didn't want to take him down to a half inch all over in the winter, so I was determined to simply trim it. I don't like his hair coming over his ears. So with Daddy constantly plying him with candycanes, Sam merely shrieked and screamed through the haircut, with only a little flailing of arms and legs. Do notice that we are sitting on the floor - it's too dangerous to introduce furniture or height into a cut for Sam.
